Grade 8 English is more than just a subject; it's a passport to a world of possibilities. The listening part evaluates students’ ability of retaining main ideas from what they listen and allow students to exercise different referential questions. The reading part also enables students to recognize vocabularies and to exercise by finding synonyms as well as the antonyms of the words contextually. The third skill (speaking) is developed for improving students’ speaking skill through different dialogues. The last part emphasis on writing in which students develop their own skill starting from sentence level up to paragraph level of writing. With these course components, each of you will become a more active reader, strong writer, effective speaker, and engaged listener.
